I listened to the Ted Talk "Connected, but alone?" and found it really interesting. I agree with the speaker about how people today are a few taps on the touch screen of their smart phones away from talking/texting a friend. I have been trying to connect with people more in person and I will continue to try to talk with people in person more than online. Being able to have a simple conversation with a stranger is a very important skill in every work environment. I believe this digital age will have a very big negative impact on future generations.
